Product Description

A centrifugal blower is an air moving device that uses an impeller to pull air into a tube like structure and release it at a 90o angle. The impeller is a set of blades inside the blower that rotates at a high rate to pressurize and move air. Centrifugal fans are based around a rotating wheel of blades called impellers, which drag the entering air or gas into a circular motion. It is then pushed out of the fan by the centrifugal force created by the rotation. The flow of air changes direction when both exiting and entering the fan. Centrifugal fans extract air at right angles to the intake of the fan, and spin the air outwards to the outlet by deflection and centrifugal force. The impeller rotates, causing air to enter the fan near the shaft and move perpendicularly from the shaft to the opening in the fan casing.
