A concrete vibrator is a machine used for construction-based purposes. These machines can come in several different shapes and sizes. Some are small and run strictly on battery power, while others are much larger with a primary power source stemming from electric power cords Cement Concrete and Aggregates Australia, also known as CCAA, describes concrete vibration and compaction as the process which expels entrapped air from freshly placed concrete and packs the aggregate particles together so as to increase the density of concrete. All vibrators have the same working principle. An electric motor with an unbalance mounted on a rotor which generates a circular vibration with high centrifugal force. The centrifugal force depends on the unbalance and rotor rotation speed.
