Double beam screed vibrator consists of a Beam unit and a Vibrator unit. Double beam screed vibrator is used to vibrate the concrete to give a compact and surface. These vibrators are self-travelling and only require guiding along the formwork, dragged at ends by two operators without working in the concrete .Description: This is a versatile surface vibrator, most useful for Concrete slabs of bridges, Concrete Roads & Pavements, Air port runways, industrial floorings etc. Frequency of Vibration: 4000 vibrations per minute. Amplitude: 2.2mm approximately. They are also called screed or pan vibrators. They are clamped to the screen. They vibrate the concrete from the floor on the time whilst (striking off) of the concrete is carried out. They are effective only if the intensity of concrete is up to 20 cm
