Product Details
ER90S-B9 is a copper-coated, low-alloy, solid filler wire for TIG welding and MIG welding. It's designed to weld 9% Cr-1% Mo creep-resisting steels, such as P91 steel, which are modified with small additions of niobium, vanadium, and nitrogen to improve long-term creep strength, toughness, and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Typical applications include high-integrity components in power plants and refineries, such as headers, main steam piping, and turbine rotors.
