Leveling can bend metal via a series of work rolls that create and maintain evenness. As a sheet metal part passes through a series of rolls.Roller leveling is essentially a bending process. The out of flat part, sheet or plate is deformed by a series of alternating bends. These alternating bends are created by passing the part, sheet, or plate between upper and lower sets of leveling rollers.Leveling is achieved by precisely bending a metal strip back and forth as it passes through a series of small diameter offset rolls. The gap between the rolls is set independently on the entry and exit of hydraulic levelers.Sheet Leveler is a machine which is extensively used for leveling of Sheet thickness 0.50 to 4.00 MM with high precision.
