The Cypress Needles & Twigs Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD for cypress needles and twigs from Mech O Tech LLP processes five tonnes of material per day. The Indian built unit works semi automatically plus aims to raise output for firms that extract essential oils. It accepts a range of supply voltages and keeps the mains frequency under control so that motor speed but also heater output stay steady. Thick steel frames and sealed joints let the plant run for long shifts without sudden power jumps as well as without leaks. Operators load whole batches of cypress foliage into the charge vessel - steam passes through the mass, pulls the oil and moves to the condenser. Once the vapour turns to liquid, the oil layer separates by gravity or flows to a dedicated receiver. Push button start, sensor based level checks and timed valve cycles lower manual work. The control panel links to older conveyor or baler lines through standard dry contacts - the user need not replace the full production chain.
