The Distillation Plant 500 Kgs is a new semi-automatic unit that Mech O Tech Llp manufactures in India. The plant is built from stainless steel and handles up to 500 kg of plant material for essential oil plus herbal distillation. All wetted parts resist corrosion - the equipment survives long service in harsh conditions. An integrated heat exchanger recovers energy and holds the set temperature within close limits, which raises extraction yield but also quality. The unit suits industrial producers and is sold only in unused condition - the minimum order quantity is one. The design meets the demands of both herbal as well as solvent extraction processes and offers steady output at high capacity.
