Dry Fruit Vacuum Packing Machine VCD-550 - 500 Pouches/Hour is designed for vacuum packing dry fruits and nuts in small‑to‑medium production batches. In the production of dry fruits and nuts, workers use the Semi Automatic Dry Fruit VACUUM Packing Machine for small or medium batches - this unit, known as the VCD-550, is capable of processing bags that hold a volume of up to 15 kg. It is possible for the machine to pack approximately 500 pouches every hour. For this process the machine uses a single chamber with dimensions of 500 × 500 × 100 mm. To close the bags, a sealing element with a power of 750 W operates along a 500 mm sealing length. As the machine is manufactured in India, it is constructed for regular use. Due to its weight of approximately 150 kg, the unit remains steady during tasks. When an operator uses the controls, the machine creates a consistent vacuum and forms seals that prevent moisture from entering. To ensure that products last longer before they spoil, the machine removes air from the packaging. Because the chamber has a specific shape, the resulting packs are uniform plus take up little space.
