The Electric Single Automatic Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine welds plastic parts by pressing them together and vibrating them at 20 kHz until the joint line melts and fuses. A frame of 3 mm mild steel plate supports the transducer, booster plus pneumatic cylinder - the bolts thread into welded nuts so the alignment stays fixed after months of daily use. The transformer and inverter draw up to 12 kW from a 415 V single phase supply and deliver 100 - 200 A to the converter, enough to keep the amplitude constant when the horn contacts tough ABS or filled polypropylene. A PLC stores twenty programs - the operator selects one, sets the fixture but also presses two palm buttons. The cylinder descends, applies 0.4 - 0.6 MPa, holds for the programmed time - lifts. The same cycle repeats every 1.2 - 2.5 s - one worker can keep pace with a conveyor that carries automotive door panels, blister packs or toothbrush handles. The factory keeps the standard 20 kHz, 200 mm throat model on the shelf - the customer receives it with a steel cabinet, horn, fixture plate besides CE certificate.
