The Electric Single PVC West Pipe Ultrasonic Welding Machine welds PVC pipe with repeatable accuracy - it plugs into 220 V and draws 100 - 200 A, enough current to fuse joints without gaps. The unit outputs more than twenty pipes each minute - high volume plants keep pace. A single phase 50 Hz motor drives the system and keeps power use low.
