ESSAE-Milk Analyser based on Ultrasonic Technology to accurately Measure & Display Fat, Solids Non Fat (SNF), Corrected Lactometer Reading (CLR) & Added Water in Milk Samples.The function of the milk analyzer is to make quick analyses of milk on fat (FAT), non-fat solids (SNF), proteins, lactose and water content percentages, temperature (oС), pH, freezing point, salts, conductivity as well as density of one and the same sample directly after milking, at collecting and during processing.It measures and records milk fat, Solids Not Fat (SNF), added water and milk density. All this data can sync on the cloud in real-time. The device can be calibrated through a Bluetooth enabled mobile app eliminates the need for manual intervention.Tru-Test Electronic Milk Meter is a patented, ICAR approved, portable device that will automatically record milk yield, automatically dispense a representative sample, read uniquely identified milk sample vials and communicate wirelessly with the Tru-Test Data Handler.
