The function of the milk analyzer is to make quick analyses of milk on fat (FAT), non-fat solids (SNF), proteins, lactose and water content percentages, temperature (oС), pH, freezing point, salts, conductivity as well as density of one and the same sample directly after milking, at collecting and during processing.Ultrasonic milk analyzer measures milk Fat, SNF, added water and milk density. Milk analyzer stores milk data, calibration log, error log and cleaning log. This ensures regular cleaning of machine, reduced downtime and operational cost. Measuring time 30/40 seconds depending upon the model.SNF or solids not fat is that nutrient portion present in milk which is other than milk fat and water. It consists of protein (primarily casein and lactalbumin), carbohydrates (primarily lactose), and minerals (including calcium and phosphorus. When SNF is combined with milk fat, then it is called total solids.
