The ETS Mild Steel Winder Rewinder Machine for Inkjet Printer serves to wind and rewind printed web material within industrial production environments. As an automatic unit, the ETS-WRW processes 20 - 30 tonnes every day. It operates on 420 V/50 Hz power and uses a 2 HP motor so that the machine supports continuous operations with high output levels. Because the frame consists of mild steel plus includes a 50 mm winding shaft with a 75 by 500 mm rewinding roller, the structure is mechanically stable. By using those parts, the machine controls the web of inkjet printed substrates with precision. Due to the automatic tension control, the machine rewinds accurately and reduces the amount of wasted material or incorrect winds. For high speed processing, the unit maintains the correct alignment of the print. Although the machine is small, it is strong and connects with inline printing equipment. To minimize the time when the machine is not active, the design allows the user to change rolls easily. If the user operates the machine, it is reliable but also requires little maintenance. It is an instrument that makes production more efficient and ensures that the quality of the rolls is consistent. In large production runs, the machine is effective because it lowers the rate of scrap material.
