The Mech O Tech LLP distillation unit processes Flower & Buds Oils Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD each day. Built in India, the semi automatic plant extracts essential oil through steam that passes over the charge then condenses the vapor into receiver tanks. Columns plus pipework use stainless steel - the boiler, condenser and control panel match standard industrial frequency but also voltage so the unit drops into an existing line without extra converters. Electrical demand stays low because the boiler recovers latent heat and the pump recycles cooling water. A single operator starts the shift, loads the baskets, sets the timer as well as drains the spent petals - no further action is required until the next batch. Every weld, gasket and valve follows Indian pressure vessel rules - the system runs day after day at the rated five tonne throughput while the oil separates clean or water clear.
