Thickness & Size: Adjustable thickness (1 mm to 4 mm) and diameter (3" to 8"). Power Consumption: 2.1 to 2.5 Units/hour (approx. 1.5 kW to 3 kW for motors and controls). Gas Consumption: 2 kg to 3 kg/hr (LPG or PNG) for baking. Weight: Approximately 450 kg to 650 kg (High-duty conveyor models). Dimensions: Roughly 6.8' (L) x 2.4' (W) x 4.8' (H) for compact export models. 2. Core Functional Components Thermo-Pressing Unit: Uses non-stick plates to press dough balls into perfect circles. It partially cooks the dough to prevent sticking on the conveyor. Three-Layer Baking Conveyor: Chapatis travel through three levels of gas burners to ensure even roasting on both sides. Independent Puffing System: A final high-heat stage that uses a specialized burner to "puff" the chapati for a traditional phulka look.
