The Garlic (Bulb) Spices Oils Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD, built by Mech O Tech LLP in India, processes five tonnes of raw material each day. It uses a semi automatic method to draw essential oil from garlic bulbs and from spices. The plant runs on the standard industrial power supply found in India - it fits into existing factories without extra converters. Engineers created it for two main uses - food factories that need spice oil plus herbal firms that sell medicinal oils. Each 24-hour cycle yields five tonnes of distilled product and the motors draw only the current required - power bills stay low. Thick carbon steel frames, stainless steel vessels but also bronze valves withstand continuous steam and pressure - parts rarely fail - the line stops only for scheduled cleaning. A single operator sets temperatures, times as well as valve positions on a compact control panel - the plant then carries out the distillation steps without further help. Buyers who want sturdy Indian built equipment receive the unit fully wired and pressure tested, ready for immediate production.
