These cotyledons are subsequently split, after which they're washed, polished, and graded.The mill consists of a de-hulling unit, an aspirator and a dhal separator, all run by a 1 HP single- phase motor. The de-husking unit is based on the principle of abrasion and consists of an emery-coated cone, which rotates inside a wire mesh cage.
