The spiral mixer is an industrial equipment conceived to prepare bread dough or other sort of product, replacing manual labour through a mechanical system that allows to produce, continuously, large quantities of dough.Unlike a planetary mixer, a spiral mixer has a rotating bowl which spins while the spiral hook spins and kneads the dough in a more similar motion to hand kneading.A dough mixer rotates the mixing bowl while the agitator spins in place to make quick work of mixing and kneading tough dough. dough kneading machine is designed for high capacity mixing, and range in capacity from several dozen to a few hundreds Ltrs.
