The Camphor making Machine is designed to produce Camphor or Kapoor. The most essential characteristic of this machine is that it can make, Camphor is produced from alpha-pinene, which is abundant in the oils of coniferous trees and can be distilled from turpentine produced as a side product of chemical pulping. With acetic acid as the solvent and with catalysis by a strong acid, alpha-pinene intoisobornyl acetate.The main raw material used for producing camphor is alpha pinene. This is a constituent of turpentine and is obtained by the fractionalization of the oil in vacuum, While natural camphor is extracted by distilling the leaves and bark of Cinnamomum camphora , a native to China, Taiwan, southern parts of Japan, Korea, and Vietnam, it is also synthetically produced. Camphor oil is extracted by steam from the chipped wood, root stumps and branches of the camphor tree, Camphor has a wide variety of topical uses due to its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It can be used to treat skin conditions, improve respiratory function, and relieve pain.
