The LGYF-2000BX continuous induction sealer utilizes electromagnetic induction principle to produce instant high heat to melt aluminum foil. Then it adheres to the bung hole, reaching the aim of wet-proof, leakage-proof, mildew-proof and extending preservation time.In packaging it is used for package fabrication such as forming tubes from flexible materials, attaching plastic closures to package forms, etc. Probably the most common use of induction sealing is cap sealing, a non-contact method of heating an inner seal to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers.Sealing machines are used to seal containers with liquids, granules, powders, and sprays for consumer, bulk, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supply shipments. Packaging materials include aerosol containers, bags and pouches, blister packs, bottles and jars, as well as cartons and boxes.
