The Manual PVC Pipe Bending Machine is an efficient and reliable bent-pipe solution, working with many applications. This machine is designed using MS quality material. Hence, the device performs well for a long time. The machine functions with 220-240 V one phase motor having a frequency of 50 Hz. This equipment is diverse, as it can bend pipes of different sizes; that is, maximum diameters of up to 20 mm and thicknesses of 1.5 mm. That way, it covers a wide variety of bending needs with respect to pipes. The machinery must be operated manually, thus allowing the user to have utmost precision while bending. With a maximum bend radius of 50 mm, the equipment is also precise at bending PVC into perfect right-angle bends. Its minimum pipe diameter capacity is 12 mm, which offers flexibility for smaller pipes as well. The production rate of the machine has very impressive levels, making up to 500 bends per hour, depending on input from labor. This makes it very suitable for small and medium-scale operations where fast and consistent bending is necessitated.
