The PVC Pipe Bending Machine is a semi-automatic bending machine which bends plastic PVC conduit pipes with reliability and efficiency. It is designed on a 220V single phase electric motor. These pipe bending machines can be quite useful for high output bending tasks. They are very much suitable for use by PVC pipe manufacturers and installation industries. This bending machine can bend pipes with 19mm to 32mm diameter with a thickness of 1mm to 2mm. This includes both the ISI and non-ISI type pipes. The maximum bending capacity of the diameter is 32mm and with a thickness of 2mm, which has accurate 90-degree bend manufactured within it. It can manufacture pipe lengths from 150mm to 250mm with a maximum bend radius of 32mm, thus ensuring nice, consistent bends without compromising the integrity of the pipe. The power it consumes is very little; indeed, it takes only 1/3 kWh of power to bend in 1000, thus costing only 20 INR as electricity. Therefore, it would make up to 14,000 bends in 20 hours with two workers, creating a production rate of 600 to 700 bends per hour and therefore being well-suited for high-volume operations. It needs only two operators for a full 20-hour shift and even less labor. The compact machine design ensures that it easily fits into production lines with limited space. The machine has been designed for durability with a 6-month warranty on its performance for longer life. This machine lends itself to socketing both sides of the pipe, adding value to its versatility. The machine is perfect for bending PVC pipes for a wide variety of applications. It must be a part of any PVC pipe production facility as it results in high efficiency and minimal operational cost
