The Mild Steel Cyclone Dust Collector built by S.K.Engineering & Shot Blast is a single stage machine that removes flour dust from the air. It moves 50 000 cubic metres of air each hour - it suits busy industrial plants. The body uses 18 mm mild steel plate, giving the unit the strength to run day after day without deformation. A cyclone shape spins the dusty air so that flour particles are thrown to the wall and fall into a hopper - this keeps the filter section clear plus reduces stoppages. The machine serves flour mills and processing plants that must keep the air clean but also meet dust control rules. It needs little service and drops straight into most production lines.
