PRODUCT DESCRIPTION MOLY HT LCX-2 680 HD & 1000 HD is molybdenum disulfide high temperature grease designed for mining, marine & industrial applications. MOLY HT LCX-2 680 HD & 1000 HD represents a new development in longer-lasting lubrication than conventional greases, high temperature lubrication grease are manufactured using highly refined selected premium high viscosity synergistic base oils, lithium complex thickener and contain small dosage of synthetic ester additive, special Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive & 4% to 5% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) for better high shocks load carrying, creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs. The "moly" provides a reserve protection should the lubricant be squeezed from the bearing surface. It has excellent water resistance washout, assures long re-greasing intervals, extend service life, reduces maintenance costs. APPLICATIONS MOLY HT LCX-2 680 HD & MOLY HT LCX-2 1000 HD for a wide range of applications including those found in Mining & Marine industry in heavy duty construction, earthmoving, mobile equipments for heavily loaded off-highway & off-road construction equipments (bucket pins, bucket loaders, backhoes, articulated trucks), heavy duty fleets (fifth wheels, kingpins, slack adjusters, pins, and bushings), mining equipment (above- and below-ground bucket loaders) and industrial bearings. Heavy duty, slow moving plain and rolling element bearings operating in the severe environments under heavy shock loads, high & low temperatures, copious water presence and at high vibration levels for heavily loaded applications. Operating under higher temperature range from -20°C to +180°C in severe service applications, and also confers excellent mechanical stability so that the grease structure does not break down in service. Heavy duty applications: Steel, Sugar Mills, Marine, Mining & Construction equipments, Power generation, Paper & Chemical industry applications where severe operating and climatic conditions are experienced.
