WATER HEATING HAMAM FOR COMMERCIAL USE Materials & Construction: Body Material: High-grade Mild Steel (MS) with a corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish. Internal Tank: Often MS, but high-end variants may use SS 304 for the inner tank to increase longevity. Insulation: High-density Glass Wool or PUF to ensure heat retention for 6–10 hours. Dual Heating System: Diesel/Kerosene: Uses a high-pressure jet burner (approx. 8-inch size) with a fuel consumption of 1.2 to 2.5 liters/hour depending on the unit's capacity. Electric: Integrated immersion heater (typically 2 kW to 4.5 kW) compatible with standard 220V/230V AC single-phase power. Capacity Options: Commercial Standard: 300 Liters and 500 Liters are the most common sizes. Industrial/Large Scale: Available up to 1000 Liters. Safety & Performance: Maximum Temperature: Can heat water up to 80°C - 90°C. Heating Time: Approx. 30–60 minutes for a full tank depending on the mode. Safety Features: Pressure relief valve, fusible plug, and manual thermal cut-out. Chimney: Usually includes a 4-inch chimney outlet for diesel exhaust.
