The vibrating table is used for compacting concrete cubes and cylinders. Salient Features. Specifications : It is designed to carry a load of 140 kg. The apparatus consists of a motor fitted with a variable pitch pulley housed in a cabinet.A vibrating table is used to aid the compaction of materials in containers, boxes, and bulk bags. The vibrating action helps materials and products nest closely and settle to reduce product volume to a minimum. This can reduce container size and therefore reduce the cost of transport.One of the most common use cases of a vibrating table is in the construction industry. It is used to compact and settle concrete before it is poured into forms. The vibration helps to eliminate air bubbles and to ensure that the concrete has a dense and uniform structure.Vibration Tables can be constructed featuring variable displacement of up to a maximum of 30mm, adjustable in real time using electronic controls; frequency can also be varied between 0 and 200Hz, depending on the specifications.Vibrations can be used to stimulate soft tissues in the body. Vibration movements can help stimulate nerves, relieve muscular tension and decrease stress. Vibrations at a slower pace are an effective treatment to produce a feeling of relaxation.The vibration table can be set to give the best acceleration and frequency for compacting concrete, thereby compacting concrete products with an equal, neat-surfaced finish. This compactor can greatly improve the working environment, product quality, productivity, and cost in secondary concrete product factories.
