A plywood cold press machine is also referred to as a pre-press machine. It is basically an auxiliary machine as far as the plywood production line is concerned. Its main purpose is to reduce the cycle time that is needed in case of hot press and thus make the plywood better in terms of quality before it gets glued, Mainly use to press various glued wood parts in usual temperature. Machine has characteristics as good splicing effect & fast high efficiency.A hydraulic press works on the principle of Pascal's law, which states that when pressure is applied to a confined fluid, the pressure change occurs throughout the entire fluid. Within the hydraulic press, there is a piston that works as a pump, that provides a modest mechanical force to a small area of the sample.Just as the name implies, the cold pressing means pressing under low temperature, the oilseeds can be pressed without roasting. While hot pressing is pressing under high temperature, the oilseeds are pressed after roasting, The types of manual press machines are hand press, ball press, and fly press. The main parts of the hand press machines are the frame, ram, nut and screw, iron ball, handle, guideway, punch, and die. The cast iron balls are mounted at two ends which are bolted to screw, Cold pressing is a manufacturing process for the production of 3D geometries based on thermoplastic materials that are preheated externally and then pressed while cooling (e.g. NFPP or organic sheets).
