Types of Mustard Oil Extraction Machines
Cold Pressing Machines:

Expeller Press Machines:

- Advantages: Provides a higher oil yield; suitable for medium to large-scale operations.
- Disadvantages: May lose some of the oil’s natural nutrients due to heat.
Solvent Extraction Machines:
- Function: Uses chemical solvents (like hexane) to dissolve and extract oil from the seeds. The solvent is then evaporated, leaving the oil behind.
