How It Works
Ingredient Mixing: The machine first mixes flour, water, and other ingredients to form a dough. The recipe can vary depending on the type of noodle being produced.
Extrusion: The mixed dough is then fed into an extrusion chamber. Inside, a rotating screw or auger pushes the dough through a die, which shapes the noodle. The die determines the final shape and size of the noodles.
Cutting: After the dough is extruded into the desired shape, it’s cut into individual noodle lengths by a cutting mechanism.
Cooking or Drying: Depending on the type of noodle, they may be cooked immediately or dried for later use. Some machines have integrated cooking systems, while others require additional processing steps.

Mixer: Blends the ingredients to form a dough with the right consistency.
