The Automatic Melt Flow Index Tester is a modern lab tool that measures how fast melted plastic flows. A back lit LCD screen shows the numbers in plain view. The heater holds any set point up to 400 °C and keeps it steady so each run gives the same answer. After the test, the machine works out the Melt Flow Rate by itself - no one has to do the math or write the figures down wrong. The frame uses strong metal and the keypad uses simple arrows plus a yes/no key. The unit is built in India and follows the main world norms for plastic checks - a factory can rely on it for batch approval. The read out gives the true flow value and that single number helps the plant adjust heat, pressure but also recipe so the final product stays uniform.
