Paddy cleaner is suitable for removing all sizes of impurities and stones from wheat, paddy, corn and oil plants. Reasonable design, small volume, reliable operation, low energy consumption, good cleaning effect and long service life.Cleaning removes unwanted materials like straws, chaff, weed seeds, soil particles and rubbish from the grain. It improves grain storability, reduces dockage during milling, gives good quality milled rice and improves the milling output."Cleaning" means the phase or phases of the post-harvest system during which the impurities mixed with the grain mass are eliminated. This operation, which may be accompanied by a sorting of the products according to quality, is indispensable before storage, marketing or further processing of the products.Literally, paddy becomes rice only when the two layers are removed properly through different milling processes. In the first step, brown rice is extracted by removing hull/husk from the paddy, which contains bran layer still intact around the kernel.All-purpose cleaners can be used for different cleaning tasks in and around the house, such as cleaning floors, windows and mirrors.
