Making Paneer is multi-function process. A paneer plant is sequence of such functional equipment built in one pack. Paneer is obtained by a process called acid coagulation of milk at about 85°C. This pressing process is followed by removal of whey.It is precisely designed to extract quality paneer from milk through a series of processes. Our paneer press is known for the following features: it can also used to press soya paneer. we offerng both manual machine and pneumatic machine of paneer / soya pressing machine.Paneer manufacture involves the coagulation of milk proteins to form curd. During this process large clumps of proteins are formed in which fat and other colloidal and dissolved solids get entrapped. The coagulation of milk occurs when pH of milk reaches 4.6 which is the isoelectric point of its major protein, casein.
