Product Details
For industrial manufacturing of large plastic components, the PHM 350 Tone Injection Moulding Machine is a heavy piece of equipment. Due to a maximum injection pressure of 1862 Kg/cm², the material moves easily plus the final parts are accurate. The machine has a screw with a length-to-diameter ratio of 19.2:1 and turns at 200 RPM so that it melts plastic quickly. With a heating capacity of 22 KW but also a 40 KW servo drive pump, the system functions steadily and uses less energy. In terms of construction, the machine weighs 14 tons so that it lasts for a long time in a factory. It is built to occupy a small amount of floor space but it still allows a factory to produce many items.
