The Plastic welding Vibration Welding Machine, For Industrial serves as a solid industrial tool for joining plastic parts with steady accuracy. The frame uses standard mild steel - it tolerates daily factory wear for years - it vibrates at 15 kHz, a speed that melts and fuses plastic joints without extra filler. It draws 100 A from a 220 V supply giving enough power for thick or thin parts. The head and fixture line up each half so the seam stays flat - fewer rejects reach the packing bench. Indian engineers built the unit for low upkeep plus fair price. Units sit on the warehouse shelf, ready for same day dispatch. The welder handles ABS, PP, PC and similar grades while keeping the bead width within 0.2 mm.
