Product Details
The Pneumatic Carton Taping Machine FXJ-5050Q applies adhesive tape to the upper and lower surfaces of cardboard boxes. It functions - using compressed air at a pressure between 0.5 and 0.6 MPa. The rollers move the tape at a rate of 24 meters every minute. It accommodates boxes of different dimensions and uses tape widths of 48 mm, 60 mm or 76 mm. The frame is made of thick metal parts that resist bending. There are handles that the operator turns to change the height and width of the machine - those controls are easy to understand. Seals are uniform across every box because the mechanical alignment is precise. In this process the machine uses only the necessary amount of tape. By using this equipment, the facility requires fewer workers to close boxes. The workflow is organized to move items quickly through the station.
