Product Details
The Potato Chips Pouch Packing Machine is a device made from stainless steel that uses a collar type form-fill-seal method. It is designed so that operators can pack potato chips into pouches made of laminated film with seals in the center. With this system the pouches look uniform and are ready for sale. To ensure the process is clean and moves quickly, the machine functions automatically. For each pouch the capacity is between 10 g and 30 g. At a production rate of up to 1 000 pouches every hour or 20 - 40 pouches per minute, the machine moves the items carefully so they do not break while it maintains an even pace. Because the construction is strong plus uses a 440 V power source, it can operate under heavy workloads. By using precise controls to feed the product, the machine ensures that fewer chips break and that they remain whole during the filling and sealing stages.
