This is done through an accelerated jet of hot plasma instead of mechanically cutting it. This is achieved by compressed air or other gases, depending on the material to be cut.The Power ® plasma cutter delivers increased cut capacity – up to 16 mm (5/8″) metal – as well as faster cut speeds, and automatic gas adjustment for quick, simple setup and operation.A major difference between the 45 and the 45 is focus on user experience. On the 45, the control panel was spread illogically over the machine. For instance, the power button was on the back, making it a hassle to get to. With the 45 , everything is much easier to access.
