DESCRIPTION TITATNIUM-2 (SS) high performance Lithium complex thickened grease. CS HTXX-2 680 HD (SS) high performance calcium sulfonate complex thickened grease EP-2 HD (SS) high performance Lithium thickened grease These greases contain 680 cst high viscosity mineral base fluid and further fortified with a synergistic blend of special extreme pressure(EP) additive & special solid lubricants systems and is characterized by a high dropping point, outstanding oxidation stability, high extreme pressure & anti-wear capability and excellent adherence property to metal surfaces. It has a specific polymeric additive component imparts unique sealing characteristics to resists water washout with an excellent high temperature stability which is the most important requirement for slip seal application. Extended re- lubrication period, specifically designed for product keeping slip seal application in mind. ADVANTAGES & BENEFITS Designed for High load carrying capacity to resist extreme pressures Minimize friction, minimize wear & excellent work stability Operating temperatures as high upto 240°C High quality base oil with 680cst high viscosity base oil. Good pumpability with through centralized lubrication system High drop point to address high temperature requirements Good film forming capacity to provide a sealing effect in the seal segment APPLICATIONS Primarily recommended slip seal application for heavy duty steel plant and engineering applications where resistance to high and low speeds, temperatures, & loads where water is critical. It is ideal for applications where temperatures tend to shoot up intermittently. Typical applications include slip seal application in rotary kilns in sponge iron units, continuous casters and run out roll in steel plants.
