- The PP Tape Fibrillation Extrusion Line for Making Agro Shade Net Yarn is a production system that works automatically with electricity to create yarn for agricultural shade nets. It uses a 100 Hz power supply and produces 250 kg of material every hour at a constant rate. Because the machine consists of stainless steel plus specific metal mixtures, the components do not rust and remain functional for a long time during constant factory use. In this process the material stays clean. By using parts that extrude but also fibrillate with high accuracy, the machine creates tape fibrils that are the same size - those parts make the yarn strong, the mesh regular and the weaving process effective.
