The PP Tape Fibrillation Extrusion Line for Making Crop Support Yarn is a production system that functions automatically to create yarn for crops. It is powered by 240 V at a frequency of 100 Hz and it produces 350 kg of material every hour. By using stainless steel plus specific alloys, the machine does not rust and stays functional for a long duration during the constant manufacture of agricultural yarn. With modules that extrude but also fibrillate with accuracy, the system creates uniform tape fibrils - those fibrils are strong, bend easily and hold knots securely when workers apply them to crops. Because the system includes integrated automation as well as subsystems that work together, operators do not need to intervene often. On that account the process remains consistent and it is simple to change colors or products between blue or white cycles.
