The APPL manufactures Nylon Monofilament Extrusion Plant - 60–200 kg/hr for Making Fibrillated Rope that creates fibrillated polypropylene tape yarn for the backing of carpets through an automated process. It operates - using 220 volts of electricity and a motor that produces 84 horsepower. The machine generates 150 kilograms of yarn during every hour of operation. Stainless steel plus metal alloys are the materials that compose the structure. Because of those materials, the machine resists wear and functions without many errors. Performance is steady across long periods of time. In addition the system creates uniform amounts of product but also maintains an even flow of materials during manufacturing tasks.
