PP Tape Fibrillation Extrusion Line for Making Fibrillated Rope is a fully automatic electric production system that manufacturers use to produce fibrillated rope. It operates with 240 V and 100 Hz and it produces 350 kg of material every hour. By using stainless steel plus selected alloys, the manufacturers ensure that the machine does not rust and functions for a long time during continuous industrial tasks. As the machine processes materials, the metal components keep the substances pure. In the extrusion but also fibrillation modules, the system creates uniform tape fibrils - those fibrils make the rope strong, easy to bend and easy to weave or assemble. To lower the need for workers to intervene, the system uses integrated automation as well as synchronized subsystems. With those tools the machine controls the process consistently and makes it easy for workers to change products or colors between blue or white runs.
