PP Tape Fibrillation Extrusion Line for Making PP Woven Fabric is a fully automatic electric production system engineered for making PP woven fabric. It is a fully automatic electric production system that produces PP woven fabric - operating on a 240 V and 100 Hz power supply. There is a stable output of 120 kg/hr when the machines run. Because manufacturers build the line from stainless steel and specific alloys, the parts do not rust or degrade quickly during continuous use. In this environment, the materials remain pure for use in woven fabrics. By using extrusion plus fibrillation units that operate with high accuracy, the system creates PP tape that has a uniform shape and a controlled structure of small fibers. As a result of those features, the tapes are easier to weave but also the final products are strong. With automated controls and subsystems that work together, the system requires fewer actions from an operator. And the controls keep the process settings the same while they make it easy for workers to switch between making white or blue materials.
