The Pre-Cleaner is the definitive machine for solving pre-cleaning problems. It serves a dual purpose: high-capacity primary cleaning and milling grain (at a
controlled speed). Its construction features a durable steel structure combined with a precision laminated wood sieve boat for superior performance and stability.
- Optimized Feeding: Equipped with an Inlet Feed Roll to ensure a uniform and consistent flow of grain into the machine, maximizing separation efficiency.
- Dual Aspiration System: Features Pre-Aspiration and Tail Aspiration. This dual-stage air separation effectively removes light contaminants (chaff, dust, light kernels) both before (pre) and after (tail) the main screening process.
- Built-in Efficiency: Includes a Built-in Fan for the aspiration system and a Firm Drive & Motors for reliable, consistent performance.
- Configurable Waste Handling: Waste exits are consolidated into a Waste Outlet on the Right-hand Side (when viewed from the feed end) for simplified plant layout and waste collection.
