Quick change adaptors for tapping and thread forming. By using the combination of tapping adaptors and quick change tapping chucks, tool changing times can be minimized. These tapping adaptors when combined with quick change holder can bring a huge change in transfer lines and special application machines where down time costs are high, these efficiencies represent significant savings. These Tapping adaptors can be used in reversible Tapping attachments with reverse gear technology. This self reversing tapping attachment is designed for use on drilling machines which have only manual feed facilities and which do not have a reversible spindle.
