It keeps the system rigid resulting in absolute alignment & easy operation with maintenance through inspection window. Bucket Elevator is ideal used for elevating a variety of bulk materials economically, efficiently and reliably. Buckets are mounted on chain or Belt (as per capacity/material or your requirement) and travel with speed to affect discharge by centrifugal forces as they pass around the special designed head pulley. The elevator belts are normally friction surface having with nylon threaded wire on which buckets are mounted with specially fastener. Buckets are normally used from MS (MOC of buckets are as per customer requirement). Drive is through geared motor with chain drive at top. Bucket Elevator is extremely suitable for free flowing materials, fine, bulk handling from lower point to as you required height discharge for Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, Wood Dust and Agro Waste Plant, Spice, Grain Base Distillery Milling Section, Agricultural Product/Grain like Maize, Gram, Rice, Rice husk, Ayurvedic herbs/Roots, Tobacco, Different types of Chemicals, Minerals, Pigments, Coal and many other products. Bucket Elevator is complete fabricated from prime plate and angle, Bottom Box with bottom pulley, Top Box with rubber coated top pulley with drives at the top and intermediate box. Buckets are mounted on Nylon Threaded Rubber Belt enclosed casing with inlet and outlet chute drive through geared motor with well aligned base frame and chain drive unit.RAPTORs have also Double Legged type Bucket elevator.NOTE:-Specification & Design are subjected to change without notice for any additional improvement.Material Elevating Capacity for belt type Elevator as given details. For Chain type Elevator capacity will be reduced by approx. 8 % to 3 %.
