RAPTORs PRE-CRUSHER        RAPTORs Pre-Crusher is used for Pre-Crush the material before fine grinding or  make small pieces from the lumps for following field to be used like,      Agricultural Product, Ayurvedic herbs/Roots, Different types of Chemicals, Minerals, Pigments, Mattel Tin, Glass Bottle and many other product for to crush from lumpy, bulky, irregularly shaped, hard & fibrous materials, into pieces to coarse.       RAPTORs Pre-Crusher is designed with Low Power Consumption and easy handling & Maintenance. Pre-Crusher is made out from MS/SS heavy/Light duty from prime plate as application and having with feed hopper, welded/bolted dust/water tight construction. In side part of Pre-Crusher having with easy quick replaceable hardened serrated cutting/Comb Plate as a liner and having with two numbers of dynamically balanced rotor assemblies with alloy steel suitable heavy duty shaft, very special designed cutting knife (different Knife design for different materials or its physical property), bearing and drive unite.  SALIENT FEATURES:  ·         Pre-Crusher are Designed for multipurpose cutting application. ·         Available in MS or Stainless Steel Contact Parts or Stainless Steel GMP Grade. ·         We provide Pre-Crusher Capacity is 50 Kg/Hr to 15,000 Kg/Hr (or as per our standard & Customer requirement) having with 02 HP Electrical Motor to as per required electrical load. ·         Load and Capacity are Depends on Product Capacity, Types of Products Physical Property, and Bulk Density etc.     NOTE:-  Ø  Specification & Design are subjected to change without notice for any additional improvement.
