CGMP Roll Compactor – Plain & Water Jacketed, 2–5 kg/hr is a machine that compacts powders and creates dry granules for manufacturers of medicine. The machine consists of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and allow for thorough sanitation. It produces between 2 and 5 kg of material every hour. The rolls turn at speeds between 2 and 29 RPM while the screws turn between 5 and 86 RPM to allow operators to manage the procedure exactly. There is a 2 HP motor for the feeder and a 3 HP motor for the rollers to maintain an even speed. In its design the model is available with a standard exterior or with a water jacket to control temperature. It requires a three phase power supply of 220 - 440 V at 50/60 Hz to operate.
