Mill Power BP25 (25 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a high-output commercial pulverizer engineered for continuous heavy-duty spice grinding, stable operation, and consistent fineness control. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP25 is an excellent choice for large masala manufacturing units, spice processors, bulk traders, food plants, and ayurvedic/herbal industries that need strong daily production with reliable performance. BP25 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, built using heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life in demanding industrial conditions. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per your site requirement. With 25 HP power, BP25 delivers approx. 250 kg/hr output (material dependent) with around 18 kWh power consumption, making it suitable for continuous batch or line production. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running under high load, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stable grinding performance over long hours. It includes a 3-screen set & all accessories for particle size control and consistent masala texture. For safer operation and process monitoring, BP25 is equipped with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to monitor current draw and prevent overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring reliable torque transfer across different spices and herbal materials. BP25 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and batch uniformity.
