This semi-automatic metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine adopts a touch screen and is equipped with an electric grinding and polishing head. It can grind and polish four samples at the same time. It has the characteristics of stable rotation, freeing hands, low noise, convenient operation, and high work efficiency. . The grinding and polishing process of the sample can be completed by replacing the metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric, showing a wider range of applicability. The bottom shell adopts overall blistering, with a novel appearance and a built-in cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent the metallographic structure from being destroyed due to overheating of the sample.
