The Single Phase Ultrasonic PP Corrugated Box Welding Machine welds polypropylene corrugated boxes at speed and with repeat accuracy - it runs from a single phase mains supply and delivers 1.5 kW or 2.0 kW at 20 kHz or 2.8 kW at 15 kHz - it feeds enough energy for each joint. The head completes 10 to 15 welding strokes every minute - the output current sits between 100 A and 200 A - every seam fuses solid. The frame weighs 200 kg to 300 kg - the mass keeps the unit steady when the ram moves fast. Indian-built steel plus aluminium form the housing and the jig - every part is machined to industrial tolerances for box plants and packaging lines. Operators set stroke length, force but also time on a panel at the front - no tools are required for normal change overs. The factory keeps the model in stock - shipment and installation start within one working day of order confirmation.
